Last night I got stung on the elbow by a wasp. I was kneeling down and leaned forward, and put my elbow down right on something that stung it. Hard. I think it was a wasp but I didn't get a good look. It really hurt, still does ( Read more... )

I had to work crazy hours overnight last night, so I had a day off.

It was great. It included chocolate body paint, which led to the creation of a haiku:

( Chocolate-inspired haiku )

when
half-returned from midnight journey
i slumberous stretch,
the circuit is complete -
sparks leap through insulating air,
i am shocked by smooth electric warmth of
skin -
it is morning and i so alive am with you
